Outlook licence agreementNote to key use:

The software (MS Outlook in the version opted) mentioned in the service specification of LANSOL Hosted Exchange is transferred to the customer only for the term of the contract and for the agreed use. The customer is granted a non-exclusive right to use the software for the term of the contract.

This right of use is bound to the contractual relationship with WIIT.The customer is not entitled to transfer the non-exclusive right of use conferred on it to third parties or others as services provided under this contract.

Upon termination of the contractual relationship with WIIT, the customer is obliged to uninstall all installations of software provided and to delete all copies of this. 

Information for Outlook users with WIIT licence:

We explicitly point out that the validity of your Outlook licence expires, rendering it unusable upon completion of the contract term. The used Outlook software must be uninstalled and the licence key must be destroyed. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Note:Use of Microsoft Outlook beyond the term of the contract is equivalent to the use of a "pirated copy".
